I first met Carl (owner of Co.) when he was employed by another security service employed by me for our townhome community in 2009. After a period of time I became aware of his determination to be the best of the best and he did an excellent job of patrolling our grounds & communicating well with the owners. Shortly thereafter, his employer was negligent in paying Carl his due salary & we discussed it. At that time, Carl decided to go out on his own, i.e., start up his own security company & now his Company is currently providing security services in our Townhome community by maintain the proper protocol in all aspects, i.e., honesty, integrity & common sense.
